4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post Express.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control, including postal service disruptions.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Our Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases.

Refunds or replacements are available if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
