1. General
These terms govern your use of pepreta.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree
to these terms. Pepreta may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of
the current version.
2. Research use only
All products sold by Pepreta are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research
purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or use as
drugs, supplements, food additives, or cosmetics.
- By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional buying
for legitimate research purposes.
- You confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
- Pepreta accepts no liability for any use of products outside their intended research context.
- Pepreta reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
3. Orders
- Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment.
- Pepreta reserves the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error,
or if there are concerns about the order. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Pepreta is not responsible for errors in order details submitted by the customer.
4. Shipping
- Pepreta ships from Sydney & Melbourne, Australia. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
- Pepreta is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside its control.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations
applicable in their country.
- Current delivery timeframe for all countries is approximately 2 weeks from the date of order due to high demand.
5. Refunds and returns
- All sales are final. Pepreta does not offer refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases.
- Peptide products are perishable biological research materials and cannot be resold or restocked once dispatched.
- If a product arrives visibly damaged, incorrectly labelled, or not as described, contact
[email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photographic
evidence. Pepreta will assess and, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. See our
Refund Policy.
Australian Consumer Law: nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the
Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a
replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, Pepreta may choose to repair or replace it.
6. Intellectual property
All content on pepreta.com — text, images, product descriptions, and Certificate of Analysis documents — is
the property of Pepreta and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepreta's total liability for any claim arising from use of
products or the site is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
- Pepreta is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
- Pepreta makes no representations about the suitability of any product for any particular research application.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
