Research peptides are lyophilised biological materials that are temperature-sensitive and batch-specific. Once an order has been dispatched, the product cannot be verified, restocked, or resold. This policy is consistent with industry standards for research chemical suppliers and protects the integrity of the products we ship to every customer.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly packed, or significantly not as described, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:
Pepreta will review and respond within 2 business days. At Pepreta's discretion, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
This policy does not override any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL regardless of this policy. Where a product has a minor failure, Pepreta may choose to repair or replace it.
